- Automated Drafting: The system automatically generates the initial draft of the contract by pulling data from the CRM and using a pre-approved legal template.
- Collaborative Review: The draft is automatically routed through a workflow to the legal and finance departments for review. All comments and redlines are tracked directly on the document.
- Execution: Once approved, the contract is sent to the client for digital signature. The client signs on their device, and the fully executed agreement is automatically saved back into the repository.
