Intalio Appoints Datavera as Its Authorized Representative in Africa

Intalio, a global leader in content services and intelligent automation, has officially appointed Datavera as its authorized representative in Africa, marking a key milestone in Intalio’s international expansion strategy.

As Intalio accelerates its plans to expand across the African continent, the company determined that this ambition could not be realized through a better platform than Datavera, a company founded and led by Bilal Hmedeh, an Executive Board Director and shareholder of Intalio. Datavera was established with a clear mandate to drive sustainable, locally anchored, and scalable digital transformation across Africa.

Led by Bilal Hmedeh, Datavera will spearhead Intalio’s growth in Africa by delivering its full portfolio of solutions, including Content Services, Intelligent Automation, and Information Governance. Through these platforms, Datavera will support governments and enterprises in modernizing operations, strengthening compliance, enhancing service delivery, and unlocking data driven decision making.
