Datavera Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Lebanese Ministry of Labor to Support Digital Transformation and Governance

In support of digital transformation and the strengthening of governance within the public sector, Datavera has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Lebanese Ministry of Labor, reflecting Datavera’s continued commitment to supporting Lebanese state institutions and contributing to the improvement of their performance in a practical and sustainable manner.

This cooperation is structured around two complementary tracks through which Datavera will work closely with the Ministry:

🔹 Supporting and maintaining existing electronic systems, while providing the necessary technical consultancy to enhance performance, improve operational stability, and facilitate the work of internal teams.

🔹 Contributing, in collaboration with Intalio, to the development of a new Electronic Auditing system aimed at enhancing transparency, improving oversight efficiency, and reinforcing the principles of good governance within public administration.

Datavera firmly believes that digital transformation is no longer an option, but a fundamental driver for advancing government performance in Lebanon. Ministries and public administrations are increasingly called upon to adopt a comprehensive, citizen centric digital vision in which accessibility, efficiency, and transparency form the foundation of public service delivery.

From this perspective, investment in knowledge and capacity building within public administrations is considered a key pillar for the success of digital transformation and for ensuring that it remains sustainable and effective in serving both the state and its citizens.
